Die Bedeutung von "Autumn" in verschiedenen Ausdrücken und Sätzen

Q: Was bedeutet How to say

1. I'm going to enjoy the autumn foliage at the weekend.

2. The leaves turned yellow and red these days.

I suppose these sound quite unnatural because I just translated myself and I want to know expression that you use in your daily life.?
A: "I'm going to go see the autumn leaves this weekend." or "autumn scenery" sounds more natural. I think in the UK (and America) there isn't really a culture of going to see the autumn leaves so it's a little hard to say what sounds natural. "Around this time of year, the leaves turn yellow and red" or "the leaves are beginning to turn yellow and red" is probably what I would say.

Q: Wie sagt man das auf Englisch (UK)? I fall like we've been falling down like these autumn leaves.
A: The sentence would be:

"I feel like we've been falling down like these autumn leaves."

'down' and 'these' are a bit redundant... unless there is context (like a picture). More normally:

"I feel like we've been falling like autumn leaves."

If you don't know the sender, it could well be an attempt at seductive poetry. 😊
Q: Wie sagt man das auf Englisch (US)? autumn
A: It's tricky. Most American English speakers become lazy pronouncing the 'T'. I will pronounce it both ways. First time I'll say it properly. Second time I'll say it with a lazy American accent.
