A: yes, except I would say - the chairwoman …
since there is usually one chairperson in the company.
If her husband isn't her direct subordinate you can just say -
-- is a subordinate

Also some people view the term subordinate to be a negative word and recommend just use the word employee, associate, staff, etc. or their title. Rank can be inferred from the titles, etc.
(I don't but others might).

The answer is A.
I don't understand why the answer is A because I think I need to put "to" ahead(?) of "be".

Please explain in a way that easy to understand.

A: because the word "that" is the beginning of the sentence it sounds unnatural to say "to be"
