Wow, that's a difficult request because cyberpunk literature is kind of dense and difficult by definition. Like, you definitely should keep away from the early William Gibson novels in that respect; but some of his latest stuff is still very cyberpunky, while being much easier to read – I think they are much better books, quite frankly. Like you could start with the Bridge trilogy – Virtual Light, the first book, is really quite short and easy to read.
