Both can be used to talk about an item that you give to a person, but "gifted" is used as an adjective to describe a person with a special talent or ability in doing something. "Christmas gift" and "Christmas presents" means the same thing, although Christmas present is indeed more common. Sorry about that, hope this helped :')

@hruochen
You could add the word "that" in this sentence but is not needed.
You would definitely need to add "that" if the last part of of you sentence could not stand alone as a sentence.
"Bob is the man that lives next door."
"Lives next door" is not a full sentence.
"This is the stray cat I fed last night."
The last part of the sentence has a subject and a verb. You could add "that" and say "This is the stray cat that I fed last night." However, it's fine without "that"
She was excited to open the gifts her friends bought her for her birthday.
(No "that", you could add it if you want, but not necessary)

Q:
If I want to send a gift and a thank-you note for my professor, should I put it in her office or should I send it to her face to face? (I study in America now)
A:
Both are fine :D
Giving it to her face to face would be more personal. If you are shy, leaving it in her office is totally fine.
Side note: you can "give" something face to face, but you can't "send" something face to face.

Q:
Sorry, but all the gifts have been given away. ←(How do you guys say this in a more native way?) klingt das natürlich?
A:
It depends on the context, but I would imagine that your sentence is a very native way of saying what you're trying to say (not to mention that it is grammatically correct as well).
Alternatives:
"I'm sorry, but I/we have already given them all away." (if it's clear you're already talking about the gifts)
"Unfortunately, all of the gifts have been given already."
"Sorry, but all of the gifts are spoken for." (if the gifts are physically still there but no longer up for grabs)
"I'm sorry, but there are no gifts left."

(ES : gracias por su donativo en favor del mantenimiento del órgano.

A:
Ahah! I see now! ^^
"Thank you for your kind donation" would be the most natural expression. You can add on the end: "towards the organ" but a small sentence about the organ after the first sentence ("Your donation will support the restoration of our pipe organ") also sounds natural. :) Hope this makes sense!
