People: Oh the pasta looks nice! Can we please have the pasta?
Waiter: Sure

A: "The menus in the standing room" sounds the most natural to me. It suggests there are menus inside a room called 'the standing room'.

"The menus for the standing room" can also sound natural if the menus were designed to be used in the standing room, but are not currently in there.

"The menus at the standing room" sounds unnatural on its own as it doesn't specify where the menus are in relation to the standing room.

Though as a side note, 'the standing room' sounds a little unnatural, and I would probably go with something more like 'the standing area'.
