There are two ways you can say the first sentence.
"I just want to get off this planet." Or "I just want to leave planet Earth." That would be acceptable too.

Second sentence is good with one minor change "Please, there must be a better planet to live my life alone forever."

Change "eternal" to "forever" and you've got it!

A: In that sentence yet means "so far" and in this context it is being used to emphasize how the new planet might be the closest thing to Earth.

By using "yet" in this sentence it also implies that there could be a closer planet that has not been discovered yet.
