A: "Ain't" es una contracción no estándar que se usa en unos dialectos norteamericanos y británicos. En muchos de esos dialectos, puede sustituye por "am not", "aren't" y "isn't".

A: Neither. You say "her mother is". It is a possessive pronoun and needs no " 's ". Similarly "His mother is" when talking about a man's mother, and "it's mother " (note no apostrophe) for an animal's mother.
