Other than punctuation errors, it was fine. The only thing I want to mention is the word "however". This is only used when contrasting ideas. Unlike the word "그런데", which has multiple usages, "however" only has one use. (To negate or contrast the previous sentence)

A: The order of words were a bit confusing to see who was wanting what but I think I've worked it out! You're not talking about "celebrity women". You're talking about "celebrities that women would like to have at their office" :)

So I think the best way to say it is:
"A recent survey found that the celebrity most women in their 20's to 40's would like to have as a new employee at their office is Sota Fukushi (22, actor), followed by Masataka Kubota (27 actor), and Yudai Chiba (27, actor)."
