Fragen über die Beispielsätze mit, und die Definition und Benutzung von "Vtn"

Put an I (if it’s you) or hoping in between VTN and hope, and hoping you’ll (if (if it’s to another person) between Company and Hope. Have a in between to and long term.
It can also be wrote with other words but I didn’t know if it was from you to another person, or to/from VTN.
If it’s from VTN then put an we in between company and hope.
