Change B to and it's me next. (you can also say, "Then me!")

Then I'll be next after B. / I'll be the next one after B.

You want to be the last one is correct. Or you could say, I will be the last one(if you don't want to, but there's no other choice)

@Orion_the_hunter Thanks! but if I have to say the name, do I need to use "next" instead "after"? like "Please check my homework next Sophia."?

You can't use next instead of after.
You could just say, "please check my homework next." without saying sophia. Unless Sophia is the name of the person doing the checking.

@Orion_the_hunter Thanks for your kind explanation. Then what if there are a lot of students like 7 or 10 and students want to the order, how can they say? could you let me know some of sentences? do they need to use "turn"?
A : It's my turn after Sophia.
B : and it's me the next!
C : Then I'll be the next after B!

like this? or "First is Sophia. and the next is Aden. and it's Colin after Aden. I want to be the last one. So let's wait quietly guys." like this?

2. it's me after someone
3. Then me
4. Then you
5. The next one is me.

All these sentences make sense?

"Then you" if one person is talking to someone else. But yes, it's right.
The 5th one isn't as usual, so I wouldn't recommend using it as much.

@Orion_the_hunter ohh could you let me know why people don't use the 5th usually? cause it sounds like too cold blood or something? If person A has been breaking the order with B, does it possible B says "I sad the next one is me! Are you even listening? how many times should I tell you ! "
