What is your strength and weakness?

Well..since I am an outgoing person and loves working with ppl, I've always brought a bright atmosphere to the teams that I've worked with. Moreover, because I love challenging and gaining new experiences I've been able to build a lot of essential abilities and skills through various experiences. However, Because I'm a perfectionist, I always pay attention to all the details. And sometimes it causes me to take a more time than other people. So to fix this problem, I set the own standard and guidelines and make priorities to manage the time efficiently and work better. And thx to these methods, now I can use time efficiently with better productivity.

However, because I'm a perfectionist, I always pay attention to all the details and sometimes it causes (or; "…it sometimes causes me..") me to take up* more time than other people so to fix this problem (this isn't wrong but it's weird if you're going to use it to talk about something abstract, it's best to say.. "…to work on this problem.."), I set my own standards* and guidelines, ("and" here is unnecessary) make priorities to manage the (or; "my") time efficiently to* work better and thanks to these methods, now I can spend* (my) time efficiently with better productivity."

+; you DONT have to add a period before a conjunction / when linking two different statements together.
i.e, "My brother is lazy." ( + "…and.." ) "My sister is a procrastinator." = "My brother is lazy and my sister is a procrastinator."

also starting with AND in a sentence is not very grammatically correct.  it's korean counterpart to 그리고/그래서

However,  because I'm a perfectionist, I always pay attention to the details, which can cause me to take a more time than other people. To fix this problem, I set my own guidelines to prioritize and manage time efficiently and work smarter. Consequently, I can now use my time more efficiently with better productivity.

One of my major weaknesses right now is that I do not fully utilize beautiful resources that are right in front of me and available when I need them. My greatest human resource has been trying to help me with this problem, but I have not been managing my time well enough to enable her success.
