The restaurant is really popular and becomes very crowded after 6pm. My suggestion is to get there when the restaurant opens for dinner, which is 5pm.

Another way would be to display a graphic with luggage between tables tripping a waiter with a line across it. Underneath you could print: Tight Spaces / No Luggage, Please :-)
