Frage über Englisch (US)

Two brothers ran away from home and camp in the forest for the night.
They had only one bag of chips.
When they ate it, the little brother wanted it more.
Both were still hungry. Then the old brother said in his mind "I'm so over chips."
In this case, what does "be over something" mean? The dictionary won't help.
He wants chips badly? Or the opposite?
