@rbw123 yes! When you use 'a' it is something unspecified, however "the" is very important when referring to something specific like:
"The new place (you have will be moving to)
I need a car - I need a car.. any car
I need the car - I need that specific car, it could be your friends car or your family car, but you are reffering to a specific car

Thank you😫😫😫😫😫
So, I have already 'a new house'
---> it becomes 'the new house'
Because I know its address, before I move! Because I know exact place where I will go.
Right?

I have a new house - is correct
I have the new house now - incorrect
I am moving to a new house - correct
(we are using "a" because the other person does not know the house yet therefore it is "a new house"
I am moving to the new house - correct
(here you are using "the new house" if the person you are speaking to already knows the house)
1. I bought a car! - a car the other person does not know about.
2. I boutght the car! - A car you already told him you were going to buy
