Wrongly, I mentioned last week that the first Olympic game in Japan was held in 1960, which was held in Tokyo. Correctly it was in 1964. klingt das natürlich?

I agree. Also, even though it’s one event, we tend to call it the Olympic Games, since there are so many competitions involved. So the first Olympic Games in Japan were held in 1960 in Tokyo.
It’s also a little unnatural to say “which was held in Tokyo” because that means 1960 was held in Tokyo. You already stated the games were held, so you don’t need to repeat that part.

"Wrongly" and "correctly" tend to sound unnatural when used at the start of a sentence. I recommend using something like "I mentioned last week that the first Olympic game in Japan was held in 1960, which was held in Tokyo. I was incorrect. It was actually held in 1964."
