@nogi46 The "a" would not be needed in most mere "labeling" contexts for charts or the like. You could (in such materials) just say "Panasonic CF-SX" -- and might even be able to leave off the word "computer," if everything it was being compared to was also a computer.

One usually sees the first or the third (depending on context). The second is pretty rare; I'm not sure I've ever seen it.

I’m writing presentation materials and I want to add the word in below to understand attached picture.
“a Panasonic CF-SX(model) computer”
I don‘t know “a” is needed to the head.
