Was ist der Unterschied zwischen It seems you had a great time. und It seems that you had a great time. und It seems like you had a great time. ?Du kannst auch einfach Beispielsätze geben.

The first sentence you gave “It seems you had a great time.” Is basically the same as “It seems that you had a great time.” Except the second one with the included word “that” is probably more proper and maybe even formal where as without it ,it means the exact same thing as the first sentence you gave ,same thing but shortened and almost just a lazy way of saying it .
“It seams you had a great time ?” Is more a question asking the person if they had a great time or didn’t .
Where as the other two sentences were more statements as no added question mark. when speaking the tone of your voice can give off if you were asking a question or stating something.
