what d'heck is just a short version of what the heck it is pronounced the same way and they mean the exact same thing

... nooo, we'd never drop the vowel sound in "we" in that context. You might not hear it when we're speaking fast, and it might sound almost like a y, but it's definitely there. you would never hear anything like "wall" for "we all"
here's a natural-speed recording. it probably seems quite fast. let me know if you want a slower one.

@Theboss1356 no, if you hear the vowel in "we" that's fine -- I was just trying to say that even if the vowel might sound shortened, it does not go away

@Theboss1356 like, in y'all, the "ou" in "you" is gone. but "we all" keeps the "e"
