"Committing a criminal act for social media likes will get you arrested in Forsyth County, that's not the kind of attention most people want to have."

That's what the sheriff was trying to say, but it's not very good English so I wouldn't use it as a model. "Well-armed citizens" means that you have a lot of guns or at least enough guns. "Good armed citizens" is something I've never heard before so don't use it as an example.
