Minimal -of a minimum amount, quantity, or degree; negligible
Addressing the quantity of tickets left for purchase as a minimal amount does in fact work.
Just like hardly refers to a scarce quantity in this sentence.

@crystallinn83 Minimal tickets doesn't work the same way small tickets doesn't work. Saying there is a minimal amount of tickets works because you're referring to the amount of tickets left/available. By leaving out minimal *amount left*, the sentence doesn't work. *Hardly any left*, works because, again it implies this is out of a larger group (and why you can't write *hardly tickets*).
