What do you call this vehicle as a whole?
I understand the rig on the front of the truck is "a snowplow".
I'd like to know if it is fine to call this truck with the snowplow "a snowplow".
I don't mean to be very technical. I want to know what you call it in a casual conversation.

I don't really see those trucks at all since i live in a place where it never snows. But i think you can just call it a snowplow.

Snowplow is good enough, but if you want to be specific then it is a municipal snowplow with a salt/sand spreader.
