Very close from that location, there is a bullfighting ring called ‘Arenas’. It is not a bullfighting ring anymore, as it is not allowed in this part of Spain since 2012, so they converted it into a mall, and it has very nice restaurants and a circular view point on top. It could be an option to book a table in one of those restaurants for new years eve, so you can watch the fireworks also from there after midnight. klingt das natürlich?
