■ Commuting
Japan’s rush hour, especially Tokyo and Osaka, is terrible. When I lived in Tokyo I spent more than 2 hours on a round trip to the company everyday. All the trains bound for Tokyo station are over capacity during rush hour. There are station staff, I call them push man, they always push people to close the door. I cannot breath normally, due to the crowd. Commuting time made me more exhaust than long meeting. This is the reason I decided to leave Japan! lol
If you have any ideas or suggestion, especially new words and idiom, please tell me!
I really appreciate your help :)

I'll rewrite it as I see fit! Notice the (very tiny) changes that I made. Anything that is correct but could be stated with another equally good idiom is in parentheses like so: (original expression/new expression). If I put parentheses without a slash, it's an actual change I made. Anyway, here is how I would write it:
Japan’s rush hour, especially in Tokyo and Osaka, is terrible. When I lived in Tokyo, I spent more than 2 hours round trip to the company every day. All the trains bound to Tokyo Station (are over capacity/are overcrowded) during rush hour. There are station staff (I call them "push men") who always push people to close the door. I cannot breathe normally, due to the crowd. Commuting time (made me more exhausted than/exhausted me more than) a long meeting. (This is the reason/This is why) I decided to leave Japan! lol

Thank you for your nice advice!
Should I use plural form when I want to say push man?
Because they are not one person...?

@tkkooo That's right. You call *them* push *men*. Or you call such a person *a* push *man*.
