Frage über Koreanisch

Hello! I was watching a performance in Russian by a North Korean band, and the State Media provided Korean lyrics for the songs. In one of them, the NK translation says:
"총각들 코대* 높이며 저마다 으시대네
짝이 없는 처녀는 한숨쉬며 서있네"

What is confusing me is this part: '으시대네'. I can't figure out what grammar patterns are there. I suspect that -대네 is a shortened form of -다고 하네, although I'm not sure. If this is the case, what would be -으시? Maybe an honoforic form of a verb?

I'm aware that North and South dialects differs, as well as it occurs with all languages, so it's ok if you don't understand it. But if you do, shed some light on it, please! 고맙습니다.

*Please note that "코대" is how "콧대" is spelt in North Korea.
