Bitte zeige mir Beispielsätze mit two or three ands in a sentence. Can we use and more than once? .Nenne mir so viele gängige Formulierungen wie möglich.

It's more common to use a comma to separate lists, instead of repeating the word and. So instead of:

"I just bought some frozen chips and some washing powder and a dictionary and a hair pin."

We say:

"I just bought some frozen chips, some washing powder, a dictionary and a hairpin."

Yes, you can, although you should be cautious to not make your sentences too long, as they can become hard to read. I recommend you split them into 2 or more sentences, or break them up with a semicolon.
e.g. "He was a quick and enthusiastic learner, and this made it easy for him to find a job and earn a stable income."
It's important to note that usually, the and's will be referring to different things. In the example, the first and refers to the type of learner he is. The second and third ones link the first part of the sentence to the second part.
This means that sentences with multiple and's will usually have different parts to them.
e.g. "In Maths class, we learnt sums and fractions and long division and polynomials."
In this example, while using and to list things, it would be better to use commas instead.
