Frage über Englisch (UK)

"Hey, you two!"

In English, you add a number after a pronoun when you call someone, but I found a similar usage in French and I wonder if you can say the following in English as well.

In the original French skit, there is a phrase, "Oui, il est assez grand pour nous deux."

Now I want you to see the part of "pour nous deux", which literally means "for us two".

Here is the direct translation, "Yes, it's very large for us (two)." Is it possible to add the number after "us" and other pronouns, which are plural, for example, "for them three" etc?

In the context of the French textbook, two people are looking at a flat where they are going to live together.
