First of all, “ain’t” is not proper English and sounds uneducated. Using it will result in a lowered amount of respect for you. Yes, it is slang, but slang needs to be used cautiously. It isn’t just informal, it is wrong.
Secondly, “ain’t” is a contraction for “is not” in all its forms (am/is/are), so even if it were to be used, it could not be used for “do not”.

@italorikelme Hey, just a quick note, there is nothing wrong with saying ain’t. It isn’t uneducated, and it isn’t wrong. Dislike of the word “ain’t” was taught to American students due to racism and elitism. It’s just part of a different set of English grammatical rules, but the second part of what he said is correct. Ain’t doesn’t work in this context, and I wouldn’t recommend using it until you are more comfortable with the set of rules it has
