Where did you hear these? I don't think I heard these before.
But it sounds like you're trying to say the phrase, "You get what you paid for"

"what you say can get you into trouble" is the most natural of the choices.
if you say to someone, "open your mouth and put your foot in it" people will look at you funny, and laugh.
