No. You will use the word “on” when you mention the name of the day (Monday, Tuesday, etc), an event (birthday, etc) or the date (13 October, 3 June, etc). However, when you use tomorrow or yesterday, on isn’t used. Why? Because it is already in the meaning of the word. Tomorrow means “on the next day” and yesterday means “on the previous day”.
Eg: If the sentence was “As I have an important exam on Wednesday, I should get to bed.“ This is the situation where you might need to use the preposition “on”.
