To use the expression 'rid off or get rid off (of) I have some questions if someone can help me I'd get happy.
I could say..
"we need the vaccine to rid off this disease"
or
"we need the vaccine to get rid of (off) the disease"
Are the both questions right or only one of them is?

Yes, you can say "get rid of of" in casual and informal speech, especially spoken, not written. "Get rid of" can also be used informally, and is the only option in formal speech/writing.
"Get rid off" is always incorrect, yes. You might sometimes hear people pronounce it as "get rid off of" when speaking, with the first "f" sound somewhat elongated, but it should still be written as "of."

@allanUnknown “Get rid off” is not correct, and it doesn’t mean anything. “Get rid of” is what you should say.

"Off" is never correct with the phrase "get rid (x)," only "of" can be used.
You can use either "get rid of" or "get rid of of" pretty much interchangeably, but I'd say the doubled "of" might be considered incorrect or at least overly casual by many speakers, so I'd avoid using it in formal writing, reports, business emails, etc.

@bananasloth So if someone writes "get rid of of it'll be right and this cause is in an formal talk and in an informal talk I can say "get rid of". And "rid off" and "get rid off" don't exist, am I right?
