Great song, I really love Kendrick.

In this song, "everybody wanna cut the legs off him" refers to everyone wanting to stop Kendrick from "run[ning] the game" (basically being the best rapper) by cutting off his legs (Kendrickはこの言葉を例えて使うと思う)

It also ties in to his previous line about "where were you when I was walking", so he's using "running" and "walking" as a metaphor (隠喩) for how successful he is.

I got what the "cut the legs off" is. He is singing kinda everybody wanna stop him.(because he is the best.)
