@tjstkdn I was confused by the word "staples" because I've never really heard that word in my life. Usually I would say
"Rice and Sandwiches are my main dish"
No one would really use staples so if you talked to someone in America they might get confused. "Main dish" is more natural to say and more people would use this

"My rice and sandwiches are from Staples"
