When you go to the station, first of all, cross that pedestrian bridge. Then, just go straight until you come to a rotary. klingt das natürlich?

The directions you gave are understandable. Don't worry about that. But note, when giving directions we don't usually use the expression "first of all". We just say, "First," When I think about the times I say "First of all..." I'm usually being defensive in some kind of argument or discussion. To get off topic a bit (in case you are interested)...so for example. I might be in an argument with someone who says "Hey, why didn't you do x,y, z!?" and a common US English reply might be"First of all, [x]....secondly, [y] and thirdly, [z]".
"First of all, you need to change your tone with me" (I'm sure this has been said by many US moms to their children or couples to each other).
"First of all, I was busy and second of all, it's none of your business"
Hope this little segway is helpful! Let me know if you have any more questions about my original reply.

I'm not sure exactly what you're trying to say so I'll give you a few options:
Option 1: "When you get to the station, first, cross the pedestrian bridge. Then, go straight until you reach the roundabout (UK: traffic circle)".
Option 2: "To get to the station, first, cross the pedestrian bridge. Then, go straight until you reach the roundabout (UK: traffic circle)".
"When you go to the station..." sounds like the directions that follow are directing the person how to get to the station. So that would be option 2 "To get to the station..."
However, in case the directions are for the person who has just arrived at the station, then you want option 1 "When you get to the station..."

I was asked how to get to the station today but I couldn't tell it well.
