2)I failed yesterday. I need to stand up again.
Are these sentences natural? Also, is there any difference between them? Thank you in advance.

"1)I failed yesterday. I need to get back up again" sounds pretty natural.
"2)I failed yesterday. I need to stand up again" is gramatically correct, but it does not sound natural.
"Stand up again" is used in a situation where you physically fell down and need to return to a standing position.
"Get back up again" can be used if you physically fell down or if you feel down/depressed, failed at something, or experienced a setback to your goal and want to get over it.
"Get back on your feet" is a common phrase used in this case. For example:
"I messed up an important job interview and feel pretty bad about it. I need a few more days before I can get back on my feet."
In your situation, "get back on your feet" might be more appropriate to use and this would sound more natural:
"I failed yesterday. I need to get back on my feet."

How great your explanation was! Thank you so much for answering my question in detail. I got it. Your answers have had all things that I wanted to know. However, if you don't mind, would you give me a good example using "get back up again"? I would like to more clearfy the difference between "get back on one's feet" and "get back up".

@moondogfermata You're welcome! Even for native English speakers, it not's always clear whether or not "get back on one's feet" or "get back up" is the right expression to use. Here are some examples using the expression "get back up":
"When life keep's knocking you down, you just gotta keep on getting back up."
"That was some harsh criticism - I wonder if he can get back up from that."
"It's okay if you mess up at work sometimes. As long as you get back up and try again, your boss will see the effort you're putting in."
I hope this helps!
