@MooCat both are used commonly in English. Some people say "you're giving me weird vibes" meaning that he's getting different vibes such as frustration or anger and annoyance all at the same time. Vibe would he used as "im getting a weird vibe from you" as in you think something is wrong/up with the person.

the first one is plural meaning more than one rhetorical vibe. The second Is singular which means only one rhetorical vibe.

Hi, Thank you for your answer!
Hmm
I feel like that vibes are plural but not countable bc vibes are something like air, atmosphere, feeling etc (right?)
Like I’m wondering what would happen/change when it is ‘vibes’ not ‘vibe’?

Ahh i think now I see how it works.
So in the first example, ‘(weird) vibes’ refers to frustration, anger, annoyance.
It surely is plural, different and countable!:O
And in the second one, ‘(weird) vibe’ = something that is wrong/up (with the person.)

Thank you so much for the answer!
Would you say “I’m getting weird vibes from you” instead of saying the first example “you’re giving me weird vibes”?
And “you’re giving me a weird vibe” instead of saying the second example, “i’m getting a weird vibe from you”?

@MooCat well its not only frustration, anger , and annoyance. It can be any feeling such as happiness, anger, etc. You get the point tho that's how it is. In the second one it can mean as in something is wrong with you or something is going very good that you're giving me good vibes. I hope you understand it's not too easy to explain. Best of luck!

In this case below, it may be like “i’m getting a good vibe from you” but not “i’m getting a weird vibe from you”, right?
>>”In the second one it can mean as in *something is going very good that you're giving me good vibes.”
>>”In the second one it can mean as in *something is going very good that you're giving me good vibes.”

- Spanisch (Mexiko)
it can be used for both. If Im getting good vibes from you then I would say "You're giving me good vibes" but if im getting not so good vibes from you then I would say "I'm getting weird vibes from you" and if im getting really bad vibes from I would say "I'm getting bad vibes from you" it depends on the situation.
