Agree or disagree:Small,independent shops and businesses can survive in modern society.

I disagree that small,independent shops and businesses can survive in modern society.
There are two reasons which support my opinion.
First of all,it is necessary for small, independent shops and businesses to use high quality ingredients for making good products.
They have to show customers a lot of differences between their products and the others.
However,most customers don’t mind the differences.
Second of all, most customers have been being busy every day.
Therefore,when a customer visit the shop, the small shops have to do things quickly.
As a result,they won’t be able to be nice to the customer.
They can survive in modern society by doing things nicely to customers,but they can’t do.
According to the reasons stated above,I disagree that small and independent shops and businesses are able to survive in modern society.
