I don't think the number of these people will increase in the future.
I have tow reasons to support this opinion.
First, I think large companies have more a lot of money than small companies. So, if people start to work at large companies, they will get much salary.
Second, if people work at large companies, their worry will decrease,
because thire life balances can keep safely.Large companies have bigger success than small companies.
For these reasons, I think many these people will decrease in the future.

I corrected some sentences:

"First, I think large companies have a lot more money than small companies."
✕ "more a lot of" - We never say this. It sounds unnatural.

"So, if people start to work at large companies, they will get a higher salary."
When quantifying salary we generally use high or low to describe how much.
Examples: "That company pays a high salary." or "I quit my job because the salary was too low."

"...because thire life balances can keep safely"
This is the only part that confuses me, so I will offer a suggestion and maybe you can see if it matches with what you were trying to say.
"Second, if people work at large companies, their worries will decrease because their life will be more stable."

Other than these things I have pointed out, the sentences sound great. I hope this helps.

And, that means "more a lot of" is wrong,but "a lot more" is correct,right?
