Everything turned out well. Everything paned out. These both mean something positive happened.
Turned out is more common in everyday language.
Unless your everyday is finance. Pan out is more for investing and money.

I hope this all pans out. I hope this goes well.
What is the turn out today? There are 500 people here? That is a good turn out.

but if I wanna use both of them as a verb
e.g: "I hope everything turns/pans out the way you want"
or e.g" I hope everything turns/ pans out"
are they always the same?

Pans out I hear more often for longer term things. I hope our investment pans out. In ten years we could be rich.

i think what I understood is that pan out means " turn out successful or well" and saying "everything turned out" doesn't make sense and it is used with long term things. is that correct?

The answers about “pan out” being used for financials are probably correct, but I think there is another difference in how they’re used.
“Turned out” is usually used about an event — something that happened. You take an exam and get a 60% — it turned out poorly. You ask a girl on a date and she says yes — it turned out well. You wouldn’t use “panned out” for those.
I usually hear “it panned out (well)” in the context of confirming that something is true. Often it’s used when investigating something that sounded sketchy.
For example, someone contacts you for a job offer that sounds too good to be true. So you do some research on the company and find out it’s legitimate and respected. You’d say “the offer panned out”
Or you get an email saying you won a free vacation in Hawaii. You try to get more details on the vacation, and you find out it’s a scam. You’d say “it didn’t pan out”
On TV, you’ll often hear the phrase “panned out” on police / detective shows. The police are searching for a criminal (John Doe), and they get a lead after someone says they saw John Doe at the Grand Hotel. The cops search the hotel and find John Doe’s wallet. They’d say “the lead panned out.”
