Work days and working days mean the same but they are slightly different.
A work day is a day on which you work
A working day is that part of the day when you're at work.
(-> If you say something happened in a WORKING day it means that the exact thing happened within the working hours. So working days is more often used for hours of the day.
-> & Monday through Friday sounds fluent)
