I'm pro-choice.
I'm con pro-choicelife.
I'm con pro-choicelife.
The general understanding, which is oversimplified, is that pro-choice and pro-life are complete opposites. It's generally understood that pro-choice is pro-abortion and pro-life is anti-abortion.

I'm con anti-choice.
We can talk about "pros" and "cons" when discussing the benefits and disadvantages of something, but when it comes to political (or ethical) positions, the prefixes are "pro-" and "anti-."
In the United States, "pro-choice" usually means that someone supports the right to abortion. The opposite could be called "anti-choice" (and I'm sure some pro-choice people use this term), but the term used more frequently is "pro-life." (I don't know, but I would bet that some pro-life people describe their opponents as "anti-life.") This pair of two "pro-" positions is specific to this particular issue. Usually it will be "pro-" and "anti-."
