It’s technically correct – but really unbelievably difficult to say! There are a couple of things we can do to make this a little easier in the mouth.

While the others wear sports shoes, it’s she who wears heels…
– This is already far preferable

While the others wear sport shoes, she wears heels at the hospital…
– Far easier to say, and far more natural in construction.

Congratulations, however, on coming up with a very well written literary sentence!
