Could anyone check my journal entry?
I got my third COVID-19 vaccine shot. After that my family went to Japanese grocery store. At night we went to a famous steakhouse where I had wanted to go. All dishes were so nice and I was very happy.

It's very well-written, I will make some small changes:
"... After that, my family went to a Japanese grocery store."
"In the evening, we went to a ...", in this context, "evening" sounds a little more accurate than "night".
"... a famous steakhouse where I have been wanting to go.", your grammar is fine but "... have been wanting to go." sounds a little more natural.
"All the dishes ..."
