I mean it's extremely colloquial, both the meaning itself and the way he is saying it (I also feel like he is either not comfortable saying what he is saying, or not a native speaker), but all in all this sentence and his pronunciation pass as very natural, since this kind of slang or colloquialism is (usually) not something you acquire in a half year language course.

It depends on what you define as "normal" , its normal talk for the pretentious insecure male youth I would say. yes irs normal.
he is saying ( i fucked your mother hard) so its one of the lowest language standards you can have. (thus it can be normal for some people that have low standards) in the situation in this video it functions as a joke, but still, its a very effortless one.
"digga" has become a meaningless word, its thrown ito sentences here and there, to differentiate yourself from propper german, giving the sentence a identifier for "german youth rebels". difficult to explain, but its also used in the rap culture of germany for example, wich is almost exclusevly for young people that want to pretend they are gangsters.

@Omicron_Gamma Thank you for the explanation, I think it is important to clarify that I only wanted to know if the guy speaking German was using a native expression, or if he was speaking nonsense. Now, I get your point, people shouldn't learn just these type of expression, because the German language is more than just a couple of swear words, I get that, but you also have to understand that as a German student I also need to know these things. 🙂
