Frage über Englisch (US)

Suppose you have an easily-bothered and easily-annoyed friend. She is looking for a job. Your uncle has a big company and is lookin for a secretary. You suggest your friend to apply for that job in your uncle's company. But she replies:

" Oh, no way! I don't like it! You know that I can't mentally bear that job, I can't deal with lots of people".

I'm looking for an idiom / phrase/ expression that can convey this " I cannot mentally bear/tolerate/ deal with something"

I have found " to have the patience of Job" but I don't think it would be what I'm looking for exactly.
(I want to use something that refere to be mentally intolerable for someone. )
