I have a notebook and I would like to write „Latest Page“ on the top in order to keep track of my latest notes!

I still don't understand, though.

When you keep writing in a notebook the latest page would change every time you fill one, no? What would be the point of writing that on any given page?

My immediate thought when I read your initial question was: he's a techie, and on-call; his pager went off. In a writing context I can't quite piece newest/latest together with pages?

Though it’s odd, I actually am referring to your first example, haha.

I like to write „Newest Page“ on the top of my latest German notes and then rewrite them neatly in another notebook later.
It helps me keep track of where I left off rewriting since I have so many notes.
