I've a question. Would it be correct to say: "That's a good guy/This is a good guy." ("These are good guys/ Those are good guys)

The sentence which is correct is "He's a good guy", but i am asking myself if these sentences could be correct.

Tho, I know we can't use "it's a good guy", since "it" can't be used for people.. and some people are doing that mistake. Just askin' for that/this or these/those
