Was bedeutet Someone is taking some medicine out from a cabinet. And the other is looking at her and say, 'Knallst dir Omis Zeug rein?' What is the meaning of 'reinknallen'??? ?

That's hilarious! 😂 It means "Are you taking (먹다) the stuff (medicine) of your grandmother?" But it is veryvery casual. 'sich etwas reinknallen' (casual) - to take something in quickly, mostly alcohol and/or drugs. 'etwas knallt rein' (casual) - if the alcohol/drugs are strong, they really kick in So here it also has a joking undertone. Like 'so you want to get high on your grandmothers medication?' even though it might just be something weak for a headache and they both know it. Plus because it's 'Omis Zeug' it has the connotation of 'the good old strong stuff', so it might not even be the medication of the grandmother at all. But 'reinknallen' has also some other meanings: 'jemandem eine reinknallen' (casual) - to punch someone (once) (when someone annoyed/provoced you, you loose it so you're angry and like really land one good hit, it is mostly used as 'Ich möchte ihm einmal eine reinknallen' - I would love to..... -> more a threat/ to show how much someone pisses you off.) 'in etwas reinknallen' - to crash into something, something moves (fast) and then hits something else, there is a 'with force' aspect, like a car hits a tree or when you walk around the corner and into someone else, or you/your head into a door. Der Knall (noun) - the bang/detonation(sound) -> so it is short, loud and with impact knallen (verb) - to crack (the sound) rein.. - in/inside (but 안으로 and not 안에) so with 'reinknallen' you really get the feeling of the sound and force with it.
