The correct version is "who" as you're talking about a person. Use "that" for non-human objects, e.g., "I know a method that works." But so many native speakers get this wrong that some people are now starting to say that maybe "that" is OK for people too. See http://mjperry.blogspot.com/2007/10/more-gramma.... But it's best to stick with the traditional approach so that people don't think you've made a mistake.

It would actually be "an ABC hospital", but other than that, both are correct and natural.
