in two weeks = 两周后 (這是中文翻譯起來最合適的說法了)
但in two weeks 強調的是兩周後(馬上)相見 (例如你每兩個星期會上一次課，那老師就會說 I'll see you in two weeks)

In two weeks = in 14 days, which is strictly not the same as 两週后(3 weeks later is also 两週后，but many people will take this to mean in 14 days.
Within 2 weeks = 两週内。One day later is also 两週内，though many people still take that to mean 14 days.
