Thank you very much for accepting our invitation to speak at the symposium.
I am terribly sorry for the suddenness, but I would like to inform you that the venue of symposium will change from Tokyo to Hiroshima. At first we were planning to have it at Tokyo University Campus but due to conflict in booking, we will have it in Hiroshima. The new venue is Takayasu Lecture Hall (Ganba Auditorium 2F) in the Shimonoseki Campus of Hiroshima University. The date and time will stay same. We have reissued the invitation letter and attached it to this e-mail. Please check the attached file and replace the invitation letter with the attached one. klingt das natürlich?
